At Pisces Picnic, we’re thrilled to ship our handmade, chunky yarn bags and other unique products to customers all around the world. We do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may extend to 3-5 business days. Should there be a significant delay in your shipment, we will contact you via email or phone.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur, particularly for international shipments.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship worldwide! Whether you're in North America, Europe, Asia, or beyond, Pisces Picnic products can be delivered right to your door. Please be aware that some international destinations may experience longer delivery times due to customs processing.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Pisces Picnic is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).
SHIPPING DAMAGES
Pisces Picnic is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
